Prof Paul Racey

Prof Paul Racey, one of the world’s leading authorities on bats, retired in May 2009 as Regius Professor of Natural History at the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, and has now a visiting professorship at the Centre of Ecology and Conservation at The University of Exeter in Cornwall. He holds a wide range of appointments on many key conservation groups and his fundamental research interest in bat biology and ecology will continue with special focus on projects in Madagascar.
