Short curriculum vitae

Jennifer Zahmel is a scientist of the department “reproduction biology” at the IZW. Her research focuses on the methods of assisted reproduction, particularly in-vitro maturation and fertilization of oocytes, as well as cryopreservation of gametes and embryos.

Jennifer Zahmel is responsible for the Felid Gamete rescue project and as a (future) member  of the EAZA research committee she keeps the contact to the EAZA and European zoos.
