Kurzer Lebenslauf
Beate Braun ist seit 2006 am IZW. Nach ihrer Postdoc-Zeit übernahm sie 2009 die molekulare Reproduktionsbiologie und verstärkte die biochemische Kompetenz der Abteilung Reproduktionsbiologie.
Projekte
Forschungsinteressen
- Molekulare und biochemische Analyse von Hormonen und anderen Faktoren, die in reproduktionsbiologische Vorgänge (z.B. Gametenreifung, Befruchtung und Trächtigkeit) involviert sind
- Funktionen und physiologische Anpassungen von spezifischen Zellen und Struktureinheiten des Reproduktionssystems und deren in vitro 2D- und 3D-Kultur
- Rekombinante Expression von reproduktionsbiologisch relevanten Proteinen und deren funktionelle Analyse
